聚硅酸硫酸铁的制备与絮凝性能研究

摘    要:通过正交实验确定了制备聚硅酸硫酸铁的最佳反应条件:SiO2的最佳含量是2%,Fe/Si(mol)比为0.7,聚硅酸活化时间30min.聚硅酸pH值=2。其絮凝效果可达98.2%。研究表明,聚硅酸硫酸铁对膨润土悬浊液具有较好的处理效果.优于市售PAC。

Abstract:Polyferric silicate sulfate (PFSS),whieh was a type of high efficient inorganic polymer flocculant PFSS was prepared by compound polymerization production technology. The preparation conditions were optimized through orthogonal tests. PFSS were also tested for comparing, The optimal synthesis condition includes SiO2 content is 2%,Fe/Si (mol) is 0.7;pH is 2. Flocculation effect was tested by determining turbidity of simulated waste water.
