| 摘 要： | 21世纪初期世界国际政治关系总体上处于新旧格局转换时期,和平与发展仍然是国际社会发展的主流.但"9·11"事件后,特别是伊拉克战争爆发引起国际政治关系中出现了"热点增多"、"变数加大"、"竞争激烈"等因素的新变化.受之影响,世界体坛纷争仍然裹胁于国际政治激烈斗争中,对我国承办2008年奥运会也将产生直接影响.我们应密切关注事态发展并加以分析研究,制定相应的对策,做到:原则问题不让步、"以不变应万变"、"把自己的事情办好",打造体育强国新形象.

| Abstract: | The early 21st century witnesses a transition of the international political relationship from an old situation to a new one. Peace and development are still the main themes of the world community. However, after the 911 event, especially with the outbreak of the Iraqi War, many new changes such as hot issues, unstable factors and intense competitions come out in a large number. Under the political influence, the competitions of the international sports in the strug gles of politics will affect the hosting of the 2008 Olympic Games directly. We should keep an eye on the development of the situation and study it to make rele vant strategies, that is, do not give up in principal affairs, stick to the prin ciples and work hard to build a stronger country of sports. |
