| 摘 要： | 根据现阶段青少年的法制道德观念缺失现象严重、高等院校普遍存在着法制道德观念薄弱、学生法制道德观念欠缺的情况，需要从社会环境、学校教育、家庭影响和学生自身等方面去探析原因，并在教育实践中，全方位渗透对大学生违法犯罪的教育与防范。

| Abstract: | It is pointed out in the article that the departments concerned should analyze the causes of adolescents＇ serious lack of legal concepts, weak education of legal system in institutions of higher learning, and students without legal knowledge in such aspects as social environments, college education, influence of family and students themselves and should carry out law education to college students in all aspects so as to guard against students＇ crimes. |
