| 摘 要： | 社区服务信息化面临着社区信息服务效率低下、协同服务能力弱及信息化需求压抑等问题。支持社区与街道各职能中心的协同服务，需明确社区精细化服务目标和原则，专门研制具有街道和社区工作和环境特点的社区服务集成信息化平台，将社区服务信息系统集成在两个社区管理综合服务平台上，即社区网格化管理系统和综合服务网站，实现社区信息资源高效整合，解决社区协同服务困境。
