| 摘 要： | 利益均衡是和谐社会的基础,利益冲突是社会和谐的最大挑战。保持社会和谐归根到底是要协调利益冲突,调整人们的利益关系,从而实现利益均衡。而利益均衡实现的根本途径要靠建立健全各种利益整合机制。

| Abstract: | Balanced benefit is the foundation of setting up a harmonious society.Benefits antinomy and conflicting are the biggest challenge of the harmonious society.Keep the society harmonious depends on coordinating benefits conflict and adjusting people's benefits relation finally,in order to attain benefits well balanced.The basic path of the attaining benefits well balanced depending on establishing various sound mechanisms about the benefits integration. |
