| 摘 要： | 基于工作过程系统化的课程体系开发与建设，是当前课程改革的突破口。课程体系开发要符合职业能力培养目标的要求，要符合职业成长的规律的要求。可通过企业调研和专家访谈，确定数控技术专业典型工作任务，进行职业行动领域归纳，设计学习领域课程并实施。这种教育方式能提高教学效率，同时对教师也提出了更高的要求。
