| 摘 要： | 通过分析网络环境下高校院系资料室的现状和问题，提出院系资料室借助于本院系网站拓展业务范围，转变服务理念的思路，提出如何设计“为用户找资料，为信息找用户”的网站资料信息推送服务平台，主动为教学、科研、学科建设提供信息资料，充分发挥信息资料人员应有的作用，实现真正意义的个性化信息服务。

| Abstract: | The paper proposes some ideas about how to extend the service scope of the department reference-rooms, and how to change the service concept of staff based on analysis of the current situation and the existing problems of a department reference-room under circumstance of network. The idea to establish a platform for information push service and to develop the staff＇s function to provide service automatically in accordance with the needs of teaching, scientific researches, and to truly realize the individualized information service. |
