| 摘 要： | 美国、英国、德国、俄罗斯和日本五国学位授予权的权力来源、权限与功能、审核、监督机制等四个方面的比较分析显示,这些国家学位授予权均来自政府,且都有相关法律法规保障;院校获得授权后,便成为学位管理的行政主体,其颁发的学位是学校学位而非国家学位(俄罗斯除外);在授权管理的审核与监督环节,大部分国家都引进了中介机构参与相关工作。
