| 摘 要： | 建设创新型国家必须培养大批创新人才,而培养创新人才的关键是教育,高等教育更应是创新教育改革的突破口。在培养创新人才已成为世界各国大学教育培养目标的今天,在注重知识传授与能力培养相结合的同时,如何提高大学生的创新素质,培养符合社会和时代需求的创新人才,成为高校面临的一项重大而紧迫的任务。本文从大学创新人才培养入手,并结合中国民办高等教育的实际情况进行深入分析和思考,探讨构建民办高校合理的创新人才培养体系。
