摘    要:研究结果表明:安静状态下脂质过氧化反应程度最小,显示不出硒营养的必要性。随着运动激烈程度的增加,脂质过氧化反应程度增加,硒抑制脂质过氧化反应的作用越来越明显:长期训练状态显现出“适宜”硒水平抑制脂质过氧化反应的显著性作用和缺硒损害机体抗氧化功能的不良作用,但未表现出补硒的明显作用。在脂质过氧化反应最激烈的急性运动后恢复期只有补硒水平的硒才显著抑制了脂质过氧化反应。

Abstract:Both selenium (Se) and exercise exert prominent influence on antioxidant function. The effects of different exercise on antioxidant functions under different Se status were observed. C57BL/6J male mice aged four weeks were randomly divided into 3 dietary groups: Se-Deficiency, Se-Normal and Se-Supple-mented and further divided into 3 subgroups of training, acutely exercised, and resting. Se-D mice were fed with low selenium diet (0. 03 ppm Se), Se-N and Se-S mice were fed with the same diet supplemented by sodium selenate to reach 0. 2 and 0. 5 ppm Se respectively. The mice in training group were forced to swim an hour per day, Sdays per week, lasting for 10 weeks and were killed 72 hr after the last training. The mice in acutely exercised groups were subjected to swimming for 2 hr then killed after 1 hr resting. The results showed that the influence of Se with different exercise was significant. For resting groups the oxidant stress was not so severe and the effect of Se was not significant. With severity of exercise and oxidant stress increased, the influence of Se on antioxidant functions is getting more and more obvious. During training, normal Se reduced the oxidant stress, and Se deficiency damaged antioxidant function. However the influence of Se supplement did not appear. The significant effect of Se supplement on inhibiting oxidant react only happened after acute exercise.
