| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展，大学生心理健康问题越来越引起社会的关注。分析了大学生心理素质方面存在的基本问题，探讨了开民卓有成效的心理健康教育的途径和方法。提出思想政治教育与心理健康教育相结合，增强大学生良好的心理素质和心理调适能力，提高社会适应能力，预防和减少心理疾病，促进心理素质与身体素质、科学化素质、政治素质和道德素质的协调发展。
