| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化、一体化条件下，传统的比较优势理论有一定的滞后性，对经济建设的指导作用不明显。通过构筑要素市场，降低区际交易成本，加快信息化建设，整合优化产业链以及不断推动技术进步等途径来弥补比较优势的不足，形成其竞争优势，从而推动经济可持续发展。 |

| Abstract: | Under the situation of economic globization and integration the theory of traditional comparative advantage is of a certain degree of backwatdness. Its guidance to economic construction is not of superiority .The comparative advantage theory should be made up by means of marketing structure ,lowing the trade cost between regional economic transaction ,speeding up information net work and integrated industrial chains and promote up technical progress .Thus the competitive advantage can be developed to urge sustainable development |
