| 摘 要： | 选择安徽淮南乳品公司为试验试点,随机抽取荷斯坦奶牛493头(1～11胎)进行奶牛一般外貌性状即体高、胸宽、体深、尻角度、尻宽、后肢侧视、蹄角度的线性评定.结果表明:淮南地区荷斯坦奶牛一般外貌性状的表现中等,体高、胸宽、体深、尻角度、尻宽、后肢侧视、蹄角度的线性评分分别是13.38分、35.69分、31.46分、40.36分、40.49分、32.61分和41.14分;评定等级各为中、优、佳、中、优、中、良;优秀率是28.57%,中等档次比例为42.86%.同时,胸宽、体深、尻角度、尻宽、蹄角度随胎次变化而变异的幅度小且无明显规律可循;而体高、后肢侧视在1胎～≥6胎各胎次的变异较为明显且显示了一定的规律:前者的功能分(良好)随着胎次的升高较明显地降低,后者反之.

| Abstract: | Huainan Dairy Company in Anhui was selected as the experimental unit, and 493 Holstein cows (1~ 11 fetal frequencies) were randomly sampled in order to make linear assessment on general appearance of cows, including stature, breast width, body depth, rump angle, rump width, rear leg side view and foot angle. The results were showed as follows: in Huainan area, the standard of general appearance of Holstein cows was Fair (F) , the linear marks of stature, breast width, body depth, rump angle, rump width, rear leg side view and foot angle were 13.38, 35.69, 31.46, 40.36, 40.49, 32.61 and41. 14 respectively, and the assessment ranks of them were Fair (F) , Excellent ( EX) , Good Plus (G + ) , Fair ( F) , Excellent ( EX) , Fair ( F) , and Very Good (VG) respectively, the rate of EX was 28. 57% and that of F was 42. 86%. Furthermore, the linear marks of breast width, body depth, rump angle, rump width, and foot angle varied little and didnt demonstrate the regularity according to the change of fetal frequency, while the appearances of stature and rear leg side view varied significantly and demonstrated the regularity according to the raise of fetal frequency in the range of 1 - 5 fetal frequencies: the functional mark of the former went down significantly when fatal frequency raised and the variety of the latter was reversed. |
