| Abstract: | This paper offers an analysis of the connotation of the system innovation, structure innovation and mode innovation of the library and information community of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) , and gives a discussion of how to implement technology-driven strategy and management innovation strategy in consideration of the combination of systems engineering theory with modern management conception and in consideration of the innovation strategy of sustainable development based on the 21st information environment, development, positioning as well as objectives. |
