| 摘 要： | 在我国秸秆资源开发利用的起步过程中,秸秆资源的有效供应成为我国秸秆能源化亟待解决的重要"瓶颈"。论文在山东枣庄十里泉实地调研的基础上,针对十里泉发电厂三种可行的秸秆资源采购模式——自行采购、外包采购、产业化采购——进行定性和定量分析较,并运用层次分析法找出了适合该电厂实际情况的最佳秸秆采购方式。本文研究思路和基本方法可为我国的秸秆发电厂建立经济合理的原料采购模式提供重要参考。

| Abstract: | Establishing effective supply of straw resource has been the bottleneck in exploitation of straw energy in P. R.Chian. The paper tries to find the most feasible purchasing mode according to comparative studing three kinds of straw resource purchasing model such as self-purchaing, contract-pruchasing and marketing purchasing. After field surveying about shiliquan power plant and Zaozhuang city, paper analyzes a few of feasible schemes comparatively which uses the quantitative analysis tool such as Mathematic, fortran, Excel, SPSS and AHP. Finally, paper summing-up that selfpurchasing model is the best one that the power plant should implement. The thought and methods of this paper have reference value in a certain extent. We can reduce the straw purchasing cost by using thought of this paper. |
