| 摘 要： | 我国大学有着特殊的成长背景和发展现状，学术权力和行政权力之间的冲突纷繁复杂。正确认识我国大学的内部权利关系，改革和完善大学的行政体制、内部领导体制和内部管理体制，重新建构起我国大学内部学术权力与行政权力的良性互动机制，有着非常重要的意义。 |

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the unique growing background and developmental status quo in Chinese universities, where the correlations between the academic authorities and administrative powers are rather complicated. Therefore, it is thought as essential to realize the complex internal relations in Chinese universities, to reform and improve the administrative system of management, and to build up a system whereby both academic authorities and administrative powers work in a positive way. |
