| 摘 要： | 近年来，我校的科研工作有了较大的发展，科研成果的数量逐年上升，质量也有所提高，这对促进我校上层次、上水平，以科研促教学起到了较大的推动作用。本文将通过对我校2003年科研论文的统计分析，说明目前的科研和科技队伍现状，同时找出问题和不足，并对如何进一步加强我校的科研工作提出建议。
