摘    要:数字经济时代,大学课堂的授课理念、师生角色、授课模式等都发生了较大的变化。建构主义理论所推崇的“以学生为中心”的学习范式,在当前数字经济背景下的高校教学模式改革中得到了前所未有的关注,尤其是从中衍生出来的体验式教学。体验式教学是指教师通过创设具体情境,引导和激发学生自主学习、建构知识、发展能力的一种教学模式。该文基于建构主义理论所支持的学习范式,探析“以学生为中心”的体验式教学的内涵,并结合PDCA戴明环这一管理工具,以“创业管理”课程为例,分析了体验式教学的实施路径,发现体验式教学相较于传统教学模式,能更好地提高学生的学习兴趣和增强学习效果。

Research on the Realization Path of Experiential Teaching Mode under the Constructivist Learning Paradigm

Abstract:In the era of digital economy,great changes have taken place in the classroom teaching philosophy of colleges and universities,the roles of teachers and students,and the teaching mode.The“student-centered”learning paradigm advocated by constructivist theory has received unprecedented attention in the process of reforming the teaching mode,especially the experiential teaching mode.Experiential teaching mode refers to a teaching mode in which teachers need guide and stimulate students to construct knowledge and develop learning abilities by creating specific scenarios.Based on the learning paradigm supported by constructivist theory,we use the PDCA cycle as a management tool to analyze the implementation of experiential teaching process in the“Entrepreneurship Management”course.And we find that compared with traditional teaching mode,experiential teaching can better improve students’interest in learning and learning result.
