摘    要:“有教无类”和“因材施教”是中国传统文化中的两大教育理念,对当代教师开展教学活动仍有重要的指导意义。运用这两大教育理念,可以对“支持线上教学”和“支持线下教学”的两种观点进行分析,并结合运用教育经济学及辩证唯物主义理论,对线上教学的优势和线下教学的不可替代性进行论述和探讨。教师在教学中应将线上教学和线下教学有机结合,根据课程及师生自身特点,以灵活的方式打造“线上+线下”混合教学模式。要坚持转变观念、大胆尝试、合理设计、灵活多样、分类施策、差别管理、打实基础、推陈出新等原则,积极开展线上和线下相结合的教学创新活动。

Abstract:“Teaching without discrimination”and“teaching in accordance of students aptitude”are two great educational ideas in Chinese traditional culture.They still have important guiding significance for contemporary teachers to carry out teaching activities.Using these two educational concepts,two viewpoints of“supporting online teaching”and“supporting offline teaching”can be analyzed.Using the theory of educational economics and dialectical materialism,this paper discusses the advantages of online teaching and the irreplaceability of offline teaching.In teaching,teachers should combine online and offline organically,and create a“online+offline”mixed teaching mode in a flexible way according to the course and the characteristics of teachers and students.We should actively carry out online and offline teaching innovation activities in accordance with the principles of changing concepts,bold attempts,reasonable design,flexibility and diversity,differentiated measures,differential management,laying solid foundation and bringing forth the new through the old.
