摘    要:专业认证是国家对高等教育进行专业评价的基本方式,也是提高高等教育质量的重要途径,而产出导向是专业认证的基本理念之一。课程是人才培养的核心要素,课程教学方案的设计影响着人才培养目标的实现成效。在东北师范大学专业认证的背景下,该文以“公共管理研究方法”课程为样本,以“人才培养目标—毕业要求—课程目标”相匹配的设计思路,围绕课程目标、课程内容、教学方法和课程评价四个课程教学核心,阐述了产出导向理念的实现路径。

Research on the Output-oriented Teaching Design of the“Research Methods of Public Management”Course:Taking Northeast Normal University as an Example

Abstract:As the basic way for the state to conduct professional evaluation of higher education,professional certification is also an important way to improve the teaching quality of higher education,while output orientation is one of the basic concepts of professional certification.Curriculum is the core element of talent training,and the design of curriculum teaching plan affects the effectiveness of talent training objectives.Under the background of professional certification in Northeast Normal University,and taking the“Research Methods of Public Management”course as a sample,this paper expounds the realization path of the“output orientation”concept,with the design idea that matches“talent training objectives—graduation requirements—curriculum objectives”,and around the four core aspects of curriculum teaching,including curriculum objectives,curriculum content,teaching methods,and curriculum evaluation.
