| 摘 要： | 以陕西五所高校为代表,对学生类档案资源建设、利用途径、服务水平等进行调查,分析"学生类档案"工作中存在的逻辑独立与物理分散、主客体间信息不对称、需求与服务不吻合等多重矛盾,并从以人为本角度,提出内外驱动认知、逻辑主体统一、学生档案"新来源观"、借力助力智慧校园、"授之以渔"等融合意识层、管理层、资源层、平台层、服务层的解决对策。

| Abstract: | Taking five colleges in Shaanxi province as the representative,this paper investigates the resources construction,utilization way and service level of student archives,analyzes the multiple contradictions in the student archives work,such as logical independence and physical dispersion,information asymmetry between subject and object,inconsistency between demand and service,and so on.Finally,from the people-oriented perspective,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures combining ideology,management,resources,platform and service,including cognition of internal and external driving,logical unity of multiple subjects,"new source view"of student archives,smart campus construction,and teaching users to utilize archives. |
