| 摘 要： | 落实和开展知识产权保护是提升设计创新的重要做法,是确保设计成果转化的法律依据。在产学研合作中加强知识产权保护有利于保障各方利益,有利于提升合作的积极性,有利于促进设计创新、强化社会责任感、坚守行业道德操守。以成果转化为目标,在教学中渗透知识产权保护,企业协助、引导、鼓励师生进行专利申报的方式促进产学研,具有一定的积极意义。

| Abstract: | An important way to improve design innovation is to implement the protection of intellectual property rights,and to ensure the legal basis for the transformation of design results.Strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights in the production-education-research cooperation is conducive to protecting the interests of all parties,improving the enthusiasm of cooperation,promoting design innovation,strengthening the sense of social responsibility,and adhering to the ethics of the industry.It is of positive significance to take the achievement transformation as the goal,to infiltrate the protection of intellectual property rights in teaching,to assist,guide and encourage teachers and students to apply for patents in order to promote production,education,and research. |
