| 摘 要： | 产学研结合培养地学创新人才是贯彻国家自主创新战略和加强地质工作的有效途径之一。笔者在“订单式”培养、多层次产学研基地的建立、双师型教师队伍建设、学科群与创业群对接等围绕创新人才培养方面进行探索和实践，为进一步深层次提升教学质量提供有益的借鉴。
