| 摘 要： | 采用教学实验法，在普通高等学校体育教学中实施进步度评价。结果表明，进步度评价设计与应用是可行的，在教学运用中能很好地完成教学任务所提出的要求，教学效率有了明显提高，取得了具有统计学意义的教学效果。

| Abstract: | This paper used experiments to implement the evaluation of progress in sport teaching in colleges and universities.Results suggested that it was feasible to carry out the evaluation of progress,which could help accomplish the requirements of teaching,improve teaching efficiency and have significant teaching effect. |
