| 摘 要： | 水蒸气蒸馏技术是分离和提纯中草药中挥发油的重要方法，采用水蒸馏蒸馏方法，对薄荷进行了出油率的测定．实验结果表明，出油率为1．649ml／100g，达到理论含油量的91．61％．

| Abstract: | The steam distillation technology is an important method for the separation and purification of volatile oil in Chinese herbal mcdicine. This paper uses the steam distillation to test the oil yield of violatile oil mentha. The result shows that the oil yield rate reaches 1. 649ml/100g, which is above 91.61% of the oil yield in theory. |
