摘    要:本在先秦儒家礼论个案研究的基础上,比较分析孔孟荀礼论之差异,逻辑联系及其特点,孔子兼综“德”,“礼”,以“礼”释“仁”,孟子礼,义并论,统合情,理;荀子尊“礼”重“法”,综合“仁”,“义”,“礼”,孔孟荀礼论探究至善,重视内在的人性,人道和人的需要,注重人伦教养和理性规范的结合,体现了先秦儒家伦理精神的内在发展过程及其所具有的形上意义,它奠定了传统礼教或名教的主导精神。

Abstract:Based on case study, this paper compares and analyzes the theory on propriety of the Pre-Qing Dynasty 's Confucianism to show the dissimilarities and the logical relations between and peculiar points of the expositions of propriety advanced respectively by Confucius and Mencius and Xun Zi. Confucius expounds virtue in relation to propriety and uses propriety to explain benevolence. Mencius combines propriety with righteousness and unifies feelings' with reason. Xun Zi thinks much of propriety, attaches importance to "law", and integrates benevolence with righteousness and propriety. They all probe into the holy good, set great store by humanity, humanism and human needs, and put a premium on the integration of the moral cultivation with the rational criterion, thus showing the inherent development of the Pre-Qing Dynastys ethical spirit and its significance of metaphysics and establishing the dominant spirit of the traditional Confucian ethical code.
