| 摘 要： | 实施教学资源库建设,是电大开放现代远程开放教育的一项重要工作,必须根据“中央电大人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”项目的要求,突出学生自主学习,把学生的需要作为资源库建设的内涵,使之具有“丰”,“简”,“精”的属性,并通过加强软件硬件建设等措施,加快发展。

| Abstract: | To implement the construction of teaching resources storehouse is an important task of developing modern open distance education in open universities. According to the demands of the project "the reform of talent - training pattern in central RTVUs and the experimental unit of open education," the constructors should protrude the initiative learning of students and consider the students' requirements as the connotation of resources storehouse construction, which is possessed with the properties of richness, conciseness and preciseness, and quicken the development by means of enhancing the construction of many measures, such as software and hardware. |
