基于平衡记分卡法制造业供应链绩效评价体系研究

摘    要:绩效考核是我国制造业供应链的一项重要的管理战略,传统的考核方式忽视了评价结果对供应链运行的反馈作用,不再适应现代制造业管理需要。利用改进的平衡记分卡理论,密切联系制造业供应链的绩效管理的实践经验,从整体的供应链与供应链组成成员2个层面建立基于平衡记分卡法的制造业供应链绩效评价指标体系,并利用因子分析法原理构建绩效评价模型。最后通过对苏浙地区的制造业供应链绩效的构建实践,验证了该绩效评价体系的适应性。
