| Abstract: | By applying the methods of investigation and interview,it analyses the strength,weaken,opportunity and threaten of the Tianhe sports center in operation.The paper put forward some treasures that the center should employ its advantages to plan and organize various activities,launch various training,operate its intangible assets,and corporate with private capital to supply the expensive fitness services and so on. |
