| 摘 要： | 摘要：产学合作是20世纪70年代以来职业教育特别是高职教育发展的基本模式，这种模式较好地适应了高职教育实践性、应用性和技术操作性的基本特征，它兼有学校本位职教模式和企业本位职教模式的优点，被实践证明是一种运转灵活、优势互补的职教模式。从高职教育快速发展的20世纪90年代后期以来，产学合作模式得到了教育主管部门和高职院校的高度重视。然而，在实际操作中产学合作模式只是流于“文件化”，并未真正实现，致使高职院校培养的人才远不能适应职业市场的要求。本文试通过对德、英、日三国高职院校产学合作教育模式如何实现的比较研究，分析得出几点启示，以期有益于我国高职院校产学合作教育的有效实施。

| Abstract: | Since 1970＇s,the Studying-working education model has been a basic talent nurture model in the vocational colleges, especially in the higher vocational colleges. This model meets demands of vocational education in practice,application,and tech-operation. It has been proved by practice to be a flexible,complementary model,for it owns both the advantage of college education and that of enterprise training. From 1990＇s on,with the rapid development of vocational education,the Studying-working model has been drawing wider attention from education authorities and colleges. Nevertheless,however perfect it is in theory,it＇s not implemented due to various reasons, resulting in the discrepancy between vocational college education and expectation of job market. With a comparative research on Studying-working education model in higher vocational colleges of Germany, English and Japan, the paper tries to obtain enlightenments out of it and provide reference for education reform in China. |
