| Abstract: | This paper presents a scientific exploration of the analysis and assessment of high-tech enter-prises'technologic innovation capabilities,by applying the method of system engineering and ISM.Com-bining with enterprises'practice of XI 'AN high-tech area,it focuses on the appli cation of these methods and the results analysis.Some proposals and solutions for management are also raised in the paper. |
