| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化和信息技术革命带动下，世界经济与科学技术突飞猛进，世界各国加紧提出了面向21世纪的科技发展战略，把发展高等教育作为促进经济增长的一个重要手段，中国已加入了世界贸易组织（WTO），但由于科技教育水平较低，在知识经济的关键技术和基础设施方面与发达国家差距较大，因此21世纪中国将在政治，经济等领域面临严峻的挑战。科技与经济的发展离不开民族素质的提高，离不开教育，特别是高等教育。作分析了国际和国内形势，提出高等教育要顺应世界经济潮流，变革教育观念，开展思想政治教育，努力培养创新型人才，促进产学研的结合，大力提高教师素质，从各方面加快改革高等教育，实施科教兴国战略，迎接知识经济的挑战，缩短与世界发达国家的差距。

| Abstract: | With the globalization of world economy and the development of information technology, the world economy has growing increasingly. The west countries are fastening their steps in science, high technology and economy development. Higher education is now playing an important role in these fields. China as a developing country has just entered WTO. However, compared with the west developed countries, China has some differences in some key technology of information technology and infrastructures, and relative lower level of higher education. So that China will encounter severe challenge in economy and political field. It's a fact that the development of science and technology can't be independent upon education, especially higher education. On the analysis of the global situation, the author has proposed that several measures should be processed to fasten the innovation of higher education in order to develop economy, shorten the distance between China and the developed west countries, and receive the challenge of information technology. These measures include changing our education ideas, trying hard to ferment creative ability, promoting the combination of production, learning and research, increasing the ability of faculties. |
