| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、举例等研究方法，阐述了PPP模式的内涵和具体实施模式，分析了PPP模式在大型体育场馆建设中的应用形式，并对PPP模式在大型体育场馆建设中的优势作了论述，最后，结合国内外在大型体育场馆建设中应用PPP模式的成功经验，为我国今后采用PPP模式建设大型体育场馆提出了一些对策和建议。
