| 摘 要： | 根据党和国家建设的战略方向,小城镇建设是我国今后农村建设的重点。促进城乡之间要素的合理流动,实现城镇化与工业化的同步及与经济发展的协调,实现城乡经济社会的融合对小城镇建设的发展非常重要。本文通过分析当前杨凌示范区小城镇建设存在的主要问题,提出加快示范区农村小城镇建设发展对策,对我国北方广大农村的小城镇建设具有重要的示范意义。

| Abstract: | According to the tactic orientation of the Party and country, constructing small town is an emphasis on country constructing in our country. It is very important to accelerate the rational flow of some factors between cities and countryside, to realize harmonious development of industrialization and economy, and the fusion of economy and society in towns and village. Through analyzing main problems of small town construction in Yangling Demonstration Zone, some countermeasures of improving small town construction in Yangling are proposed, which has important demonstrating meaning to small town construction in countryside of North China. |
