| 摘 要： | 采用文献分析法，利用职业特征和职业化过程理论，对百年来现代奥林匹克运动发展问题进行了分析，讨论了奥林匹克运动发展过程中职业的特征，包括系统知识基础、职业权威、社会行业认证、规定的道德标准，以及国际奥委会组织过程中的服务必要性、排他性、复杂性和形象建设。 |

| Abstract: | Based on literature review, this paper applied the theory of characteristics of a profession and process of professionalization to analyze the professional operation of the Olympic games. The most common attributes of a profession of sports include systematic body of knowledge, professional authority, community sanction, regulative code of ethics. The concept of essentiality, exclusivity, complexity and image building were also discussed in this paper. |
