| 摘 要： | 政府信息资源蕴含着巨大的经济与社会价值，信息资源管理工作起步较早的国家早已对其进行充分的再利用。选取较为典型的欧盟和美国为例，对比分析两者在政府信息资源再利用方面的政策与实践情况，并通过与我国政府信息资源再利用情况的比较，总结出对我国的启示，期望能为我国的政府信息资源再利用工作提供参考。

| Abstract: | The government information resources are of great value, and ought to be fully exploited. The re-use of government information resources is an important model for the exploitation of government information resources. The paper firstly compares the policy and practice of re-use of government information resources between the Europe and the United States. Then the current situation of re-use of government information resources in China are described, and some suggestions are given through the comparison between China and foreign countries. |
