| 摘 要： | 构建一个人与自然、人与社会、人类自身和谐的社会是图书馆事业赖以生存的基础。和谐社会的实现意味着人口质量的提高、生存环境的优化、社会文明的发展。这些均离不开图书馆事业的普及与发展,离不开图书馆社会教育与文化职能的发挥。可以说,和谐社会既是图书馆事业的终极目标,又是图书馆事业发展必不可少的前提条件。从这一点上说,图书馆和构建和谐社会两者的目标是完全一致的,图书馆只有在和谐的宏观社会环境里才能进一步发展,才能更好地发挥自己的作用,而社会环境因为有了图书馆事业才更和谐与健康。

| Abstract: | Construction of a harmonious society of human being and nature,human being and society,and human being ourselves is the base for library cause to survive.The realization of harmonious society means the improvement of population quality,the optimization of living environment,and the development of social civilization.All these can't do without the full play of libraries' social education and cultural function.It can be said so: harmonious society is both library cause's ultimate aim and library cause's indispensable preconditions.In this aspect,the objectives of library and construction of harmonious society are completely coincident.Library can further develop only in harmonious microcosmical society,can better exert its own function,and that social environment can be more harmonious and healthy because of library cause. |
