| 摘 要： | 校本课程开发对教师的要求，必然反映到对高职师范教育的要求。高职师范教育专业必须进行变革：首先要调整培养目标；其次改革课程设置：压缩学科课程，增加课程理论课，增加教育实践的时间和种类，增设校本课程开发课程，增设沟通合作技术课程，增加教育类课程的课时；最后改革教学方法：减少讲授法的运用，完善讨论法的运用，增加观摩学习方法的运用数量和形式。
