| 摘 要： | 应用型本科院校科技创新工作要突出"应用性研究、技术开发、科技成果转化与产业化"和体现对创新意识的应用型人才培养的促进作用等两大重点,构建"以观念创新为先导,在管理创新的保障下,通过科技平台建设创新,实现科学技术研究创新、科技产业孵化创新、技术成果转移创新和人才培养创新等全面协调发展"的高校科技创新体系。

| Abstract: | The work of scientific and technological innovation for application-oriented universities should focus on two points,that is,"application-oriented study,technological development,scientific and technological achievements transforming and industrialization" and giving prominence to the development of application-oriented personnel who has innovation consciousness,and construct a new scientific and technological innovation system which is based on the idea that realizing the coordination of scientific and technological research innovation,scientific and technological industry incubating innovation,scientific and technological achievements transforming innovation and personnel developing innovation. |
