| 摘 要： | 健商教育是通过信息传播和行为干预，帮助个人和群体掌握健康知识，树立健康观念，自愿采取有利于健康的行为和生活方式的教育活动过程，对普通高校大学生进行健商问卷测试，分析他们的健商现状及其产生这种现状的原因：首先是学生对自身健康不重视；其次是部分高校管理者对健康教育不重视；再次是高校教育工作者对健康教育课程设置不重视。基于此，建议高校教育工作者要有目的地培养大学生的健商意识，帮助其获得有利于身心健康的基本知识和方法，树立起健康第一的观念，养成健康学习、工作和生活的习惯。 |

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the HQ condition of college students and the reason of it, through the questionnaire about HQ condition of college students as well as the interview of some teachers. The first reason is that students do not take attention to their health. The other is some governors of colleges do not attach importance to healthy education. The last is not thinking much of setting health educated curricula. This needs college educators bring up the HQ consciousness and HQ knowledge of college students, and help them obtain the basic knowledge, theory and method of healthy body and mind, erect healthy conception, form the habit of healthy studying, working and living. |
