| 摘 要： | 2009年2月福建省政府正式印发《福建省沿海港口布局规划（2008—2020年）》，规划中泉州港将建成全省沿海地区的重要港口；2009年5月《国务院支持福建加快建设海峡西岸经济区若干意见》正式发布，海西建设进入大发展时期。从这一大背景出发，利用SWOT矩阵分析法的原理，对泉州港口在海西经济带中的地位进行了较深入的分析，指出了泉州港口在海西建设重大战略机遇面前所拥有的优势和机遇，同时分析了泉州港口面临的不足和挑战。

| Abstract: | In the document of Collocation Plan of the Coasting Ports in Hujian Province （2008-2009） formally issued by the government of Fujian Province in February, 2009, Quanzhou Port is said to be built as an important port in the coasting area. And the area of the west side of Taiwan straits is developing greatly after the formal document of The State Department＇s Suggestions on Supporting and Accelerating the Construction of the Economic Zone of the West Side of Taiwan Straits formally issued in May, 2009. Under this background, this paper deeply analyses the role of Quanzhou Port in the economic zone of the west side of Taiwan straits by the theory of SWOT Matrix Analysis. And then points out not only the advantages and opportunities, but also the disadvantages and challenges for Quanzhou Port in the economic construction of the west side of Taiwan straits. |
