| 摘 要： | 我国足球体制的深入改革和足球商业化的迅猛发展催生了大量的新兴参与主体，行政垄断下的利益划分机制受到冲击，市场经济主导的多元利益诉求，一方面导致了尖锐复杂的足球纠纷，另一方面也迫切呼唤足球纠纷解决机制的深刻重构。认为应将体育仲裁机制引入我国足球纠纷解决机制的法制重构，并主要探讨了体育仲裁制度成功适用于足球运动的法理与现实可能性。
