| 摘 要： | 教师专业化是伴随着基础教育课程改革以来越来越受重视的问题，对此的讨论已有不少。从社会学角度对教师专业化的标志作一剖析，就教师的业务标志与社会标志等问题进行梳理，以期对教师专业化发展厘定比较明确的指标体系。

| Abstract: | Teacher specialization is attached more and more importance to with the elementary education curricrlum reform.This article attempts from the sociological angle to make an analysis to the symbols of teacher specialization and comb the questions about teacher's vocational symbol and social symbol,aiming at establishing an explicit target system for teacher specialization development. |
