An analysis of the theory of technology system |

| Abstract: | Technology system is based on contemporary western sociological theory of agency-structure dynamics. This theory argures that in accordance with the enhancement of the stature of technology, technology is applied to appraise the effciency of action, optimize selection. The need for the development of technology can control the policy decision and organization structure, by means of which, technology has become a kind of potential system embedded in the rational society. Accordingly, a conspicuous feature of knowledge society is that technlogy acts as a latent system of social operation. So far, technology has turned into a primary and prior system exerting a tremendous influence on our society. |
