摘    要:对学生进行语言训练以培养读写听说能力是中学语文教学改革的历史进步。在当前呼唤人文性,淡化语言训练的情形下,需要对语言训练的产生、得失进行历史的分析,认清“应试教育”对语言训练造成的干扰和扭曲,认清语言训练的基本属性及重要作用,借鉴古今进行语言训练的宝贵经验,在面向新世纪的语文教改中走出合乎培养新人要求的语言训练的新路。

Abstract:Training the students' abilities in reading, writing, listening and speaking is a historic advance in the reform of middle school Chinese teaching. In the present situation that more attention is paid to humanism than to language training, we should make a historical analysis of the coming into being and the successes and failures of language training so as to have a clear idea of disturbance caused by the practice of "education for examination" to language training, to be well aware of the basic attributes and important functions of language training, to make use of the valuable experiences of language training gained either in the past or at present to blaze a new trail of Chinese teaching that could meet the need of cultivation of new men in the new century.
