| Abstract: | Culture is the core content of soft power,which is becoming a competitive weapon among countries.The important concept of soft power of culture was clearly put forward on the 17th CPC National Congress.The cultural function of soft power of the Confucius Institute becomes more and more obvious.Developing soft power capabilities of Confucius Institute will help the world understand China better. |
