| 摘 要： | 生态系统发展观认为在教育生态系统中,教师和学生是教学活动的主体,他们互为对方的外部环境,双方是相互依存、彼此影响的,要达到师生的均衡发展就必须改变以教师为中心的传统师生关系,建立民主平等、和谐信任、以学生为中心、有情感交流的新型师生关系,这种新型的关系能为师生双方提供和谐融洽的氛围,促进身心良好的发展。

| Abstract: | Ecosystem developmental view thinks the teacher and the student is the main body of teaching activity in the educational ecosystem,they are the exterior environment of each other,they mutually depend on and influence for existence,In order to achieve the teacher and the student's balanced development,we must change traditional relationship between teacher and student that takes the teacher as the centre of teaching activity,we should establish the new relationship between teacher and student.The status of teacher and student should be equal.Teacher and student should be trust each other,the relationship should take the student as the centre and have the emotional intercommunion.The new relationship can provide the harmonious atmosphere for both teachers and students,can promote good development of body and mind. |
