| 摘 要： | 本文通过对西南地区区域公共图书馆的基本现状进行调查分析,结合西南地区特点,根据区域公共图书馆的基本特性,借鉴发达地区公共图书馆建设的体制与经验,提出西南地区各类公共图书馆建设体制上存在的问题和建议,促进公共图书馆的和谐服务。 |
