| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆建设既要以现有理论为指导,也要在建设实践中不断探索其本质和真实内涵。中国人民大学以观念创新为基础,以机制创新为途径,以“创一流”和构建图书馆核心能力为目标,以资源整合、个性化服务和系统平台建设等项目为龙头开展数字图书馆建设,取得了成效。参考文献4。
