| 摘 要： | 校企合作是高职院校人才培养的必由之路。培养具有实践创新能力的高技能人才也是高职院校的重要历史使命。文章介绍了目前高职院校校企合作的主要模式及现状,对高职学生实践创新能力培养方法进行了一些探索。
